Contributions (If any): I'm not completely sure what this is referring to, but I'm a willing spriter (see my application for that) and I'm a player that upon being stuck a a server, I'm a really active on it.
What timezone are you in, and what time of the day you are usually on?: EST, I'm on a good percent of the day.

What do you think being an Administrator is about?:
I believe being an administrator is about several things:
1. Keeping order and removing rule breakers
2. Keeping the game interesting and server alive by creating admin events
3. Being an important asset to the server
If someone griefed, how would you handle it?:
I'd start off by giving a warning and explaining what they did wrong and how they can fix it. Second, depending on the circumstance, I'd mute/kick/2nd warning. Then, I'd probably give a ban. However, I cannot say I'd do this for every scenario, it depends on several factors.
Admin Experience: This is not going to be fun to detail, however:

RPGWO Game, "@Moderator" | 6 OR SO MONTHS
Permanent Admin: THE D3VINE DARKRP SERVER | 13 MONTHS AND COUNTING (Could be longer)
Badmin: West123's Space Station 13 Server | I'm not entirely sure on how long, but around 1-2 months seem plausible.
I was also an admin for a DARKRP server (Garrys Mod) many years ago, however it is so far back I cannot remember the name but I was admin there for a 12 months+. Its new name is UMBRELLA I believe.

I've recently came back to Space Station 13, after my old favorite server shut down some time ago (SICC). I've now chosen to join this server, after D2K5 failed (No Surprise) and with that I believe I should help it with my administrative abilities to the max.

How long have you been playing (SS13)?: I want to say around a year? Not completely sure...
Have you ever been banned from Apoc?: Nope.
Any additional information (things that will clear up any issue you have, or may help your application): D2K5 sucks.
