There isn't a country in the world that would make something as innocent as "winter is coming" a crime, Hitman.

You will be shocked what some countries call a threat on personal property and the idea that Russian has already in black and white threatened this server. Putting a message like "winter is coming" which is commonly used as a threat (From a Game of Thrones). Or it is referencing The Winter War (War between USSR ( Soviet Union and Finnish Democratic Republic (Only regongized as a country by the USSR itself)) And Finland)That war was a massive fuck-up by the Russians anyway so if he mentioning that then WOW what a twat.
