Whitelist?

I do believe we need to add the major roles to the station to White-listed. Basically the three main roles in the station are of course. The Captain, HoP, HoS. We need to add this in my thinking. We have accumulated alot of jobbans during the servers time. The reason for this recommendation is that, the more heavy Rpers actually enjoy having real active heads. I do think we need to add this very soon.

I think that adding a whitelist could screw us over. Maybe a HoS whitelist like on Gibbed, but not Captain and other heads. My reasoning is simple; when I join a random server, I want to be able to play whatever I want. If I am shit, then I will be punished. We can't allow people to not be what they want from the start! Just my opinion. (Also, it will be hard to code!)

I would love for RD to be a whitelist job for the simple reason that is almost always taken by someone who will do nothing at all the entire round.

I dont think a whitelist will fix the problem of bad players in head positions just make good players have to waste time writing whitelist applications

pretty simple really.

You should probably get an actual user-base before enforcing laws about what jobs people can take.
Once you get the ball rolling feel free to do so to improve the quality for regulars.
